Purpose of Notice

The purpose of this Data Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) is to explain how Immediate GPT (“Immediate GPT” or “We” or “Us”) will process, as data controller, your personal data you provide Us when you visit the website immediategp.com (the “Website”), or that We receive from third parties, ihn order to put you in contact with professionals you might be interested in.

Who will my personal data be shared with?

We will share your personal data:

Cross-border data transfers

Immediate GPT transfers your personal data outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Retention

Immediate GPT will only store collected personal data for as long as strictly necessary to achieve the purposes of processing referred to in this Notice and in accordance with applicable data privacy law. When Immediate GPT no longer needs to use your personal data, it will be deleted and/or anonymized so that individuals can no longer be identified from it (save to the extent retention is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or for taking or defending legal claims).

Your rights

Right of access: You have the right to obtain from Us confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and, where that is the case, to request access to the personal data. The access information includes – inter alia – the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed. You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data undergoing processing. For additional copies requested by you, we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
Right to rectification: You have the right to obtain from Us the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Depending on the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
